Team Fun Day
Grafham Water Centre specialises in creating a programme of activities, training models and facilitation to meet your needs and learning requirements but, sometimes, the biggest aim for a day with colleagues is to simply have some FUN!
A day, afternoon or even a couple of hours can be the perfect way to reward a hardworking team, bring people together or simply take a well earned break from routine. Keeping the reviewing, debriefs and competitive element to a minimum, we can provide a range of land and water based activities to get ALL of your team involved and to meet your budget needs.
Team Fun Day with Specific Goals
A programme of activities designed with a group goal in mind. Individual and group objectives are set and reviewed against throughout the day to ensure a transfer of learning and the development of the individual and the team. The level of facilitation can be varied to suit your needs. A classroom base, food and refreshments can be provided if required.
All programmes can be delivered over a time scale to meet your needs. Accommodation can be provided if appropriate.
