How to Book

Please give details of email addresses you would like us to use.  There will be a minimum of 3 emails sent to this address but usually more, so it is important to ensure that we have the correct address for the person leading the booking. 

You can of course give exact dates, but please be aware that we may not be able to facilitate all requests.  We will endeavour to offer you a slot as close to your preferred date as possible. 

We will ask for this to be confirmed 3 months before a residential booking, and 1 month before a day visit.  Whilst we appreciate that it can be difficult to estimate how many may come for a residential a year before, please make an educated guess so we can check that we have the correct accommodation available for your group. 

Please advise on the age of your students.

Information on numbers and needs of any students who may need adaptations for their stay with us.

If you would like your schedule to be either totally land or water based, if you would like to avoid activities, or especially include them, if you have been before and would like to stay in a specific block, or anything else, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.  You should note that the more time, the more chance we have of granting your requests.
