Please state your available dates, but please be aware that we may not be able to facilitate all requests. We will endeavour to offer you a slot as close to your preferred date as possible.

We will ask for this to be confirmed 3 months before a residential booking, and 1 month before a day visit. Whilst we appreciate that it can be difficult to estimate how many may come for a residential a year before, please make an educated guess so we can check that we have the correct accommodation available for your group.

Needs of Participants / SEND Required

Please give the number of students who may need adaptations for their stay with us and detail their needs, or if not applicable type None.
