There are a whole range of job roles and career opportunities at the Centre. Each requires a different level of skill and experience. Within our team we have various departments – administration, sales, marketing, catering, housekeeping, maintenance and programme/activity instructors.

We’re currently looking for volunteers to join us at Grafham Water Activity Centre
We are a lively and vibrant Outdoor Education Centre based on the shore of Grafham Water in Cambridgeshire.
We regularly have schools visit us to take part in 18 outdoor activities.

We are looking for those who love the outdoors and adventure, and who are keen to pass on their skills and expertise to the next generation.
We are looking for-:
- People who are enthusiastic about the outdoors.
- Potentially looking for a career change.
- Giving back to the community.

Outdoors Instructors qualified in any of the following-:
- RYA Dinghy Sailing Instructor
- RYA Start Windsurfing Instructor
- RYA Power Boat Instructor
- British Canoeing Paddle sport instructor
- MT.UK Climbing Wall Instructor
- ERCA traditional high ropes instructor
- Archery GB Instructor
- Mountain bike leader qualification
Or have Experience delivering:
- Bush craft
- Team games
We are also looking for anybody who is interested in helping with the maintenance of the center.
This could include-:
- De- weeding
- Hedge trimming
- Grass cutting
- Fence mending
Have a good understanding of how to maintain and repair any activity based equipment.
- Mountain Bikes
- Power boats
