"Life changing moments of confidence and self belief. Developing courage and resilience"
I have to say that the centre and service we received was fantastic! Everything ran very smoothly, and the staff updated us on a regular basis. The catering was also superb. We didn’t have to queue for food as we have done so many times at other centres. The food was of high standard and those with food intolerances were well looked after. I myself am gluten and dairy free, and I was pleased with the alternatives that I was given, and I was able to relax each mealtime knowing I was well catered…
"The excellent quality of teaching at Grafham Water Centre made a significant contribution to the success of the visit. The instructors were highly knowledgeable, professional and supportive creating an environment where every child felt encouraged to participate and succeed."
Thank you so much to Ed but also the catering team for looking after us so well, our expectations were exceeded and the customer service was better than I have received before in high end hotels, at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend Grafham Water as a venue for team meetings and events.
"Thank you, this really was a positive trip, the leaders we had were full of energy, kind and engaging which positively impacted our children. Ollie was fantastic, and very polite."
