JAZZ WEEKEND

If you like Jazz and want to spend a weekend learning and playing music with other musicians, then the Grafham Water Jazz Course is for you. The course is renowned for its relaxed, informal atmosphere and beautiful setting overlooking Grafham Water, situated a few miles from Huntingdon and the A1.

There are two weekend courses every year, usually the last weekend in January, and late September. Playing in small ensembles, we cover a range of styles from mainstream to contemporary, drawing on both the jazz tradition and a range of influences from around the world such as Township and Salsa.

With late night jam sessions, good food and a relaxed atmosphere, Grafham Jazz Course is waiting for you to discover it.

You can read more about the course on the Grafham Jazz website.

The location of the course…

We didn’t have to queue for food as we have done so many times at other centres. The food was of high standard and those with food intolerances were well looked after. I myself am gluten and dairy free, and I was pleased with the alternatives that I was given, and I was able to relax each mealtime knowing I was well catered…

Yasmin, May 2024

I have been bringing groups of ladies to Grafham Water Centre for over ten years, 6 times a year to sew, knit, bead, spin and do scrapbooking. The food is freshly served canteen style with a delicious buffet lunch with homemade soup in the winter to keep you warm. The breakfasts are legendary...better,…
