Join in the fun on saturday's!
Our Adventure Club is aimed for young people aged 8 to 16 years who want to try new activities or develop existing skills, meet new friends of a similar age and most importantly have fun!
The activities will range from land based to water based and will depend on time of year!
The Club was founded by the Huntingdon Grafham Water Lions Club in November 2009. This has now been passed onto Grafham Water Centre to continue enabling children in the surrounding area to experience activities they may otherwise have been unable to access.

Join in the fun on Saturday mornings!
Our Saturday morning sessions are for young people aged 8-12 years who want to try new activities, meet new friends of a similar age and, most importantly, have fun! Adventure Club offers the opportunity to have a taster on our activities, which will range from land to water based depending on the time of year.
The sessions run from 0930 to 1230. These are booked as a block; every half term is another block.
This will give your little adventurer the opportunity to try new activities.
Land activities include climbing, archery, mountain biking, high ropes, bushcraft and more!
Water activities include sailing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, windsurfing and more!
The programme will be sent out but send your young people with a change of clothes, just in case

Develop your skills in our activities!
Saturday afternoons are for young people aged 13-17 who want to progress through our activities, hone your skills, and start doing them at a higher level.
The sessions run from 1330 to 1630. They are bookable as a block; every half term is another block. Each block will focus on different activities;
- January to February half term - Climbing
- February half term to Easter – Mountain Biking
- After Easter – Sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding

Book NowBen loves Discovery Club during the summer holidays! He always comes back with his face filled with smiles, with so many new memories. Its the perfect opportunity to meet new friends from different schools and it gives him a sense of independence. The club runs flexibly so I can drop him off and then go to work and collect him on my way home! Thank you again to all of the Grafham Water Centre instructors that make my sons school holidays memorable!
