Grafham Water Centre is looking to appoint a Centre Hospitality Assistant. The primary mission of the Centre Hospitality Assistant is to deliver a great customer service by ensuring safe and high-quality standards. This is achieved by performing various tasks including general cleaning, kitchen setup and preparation, ensuring food safety, partaking in food production & packaging, cleaning, completing actions outlined on paperwork and in our systems.
The Centre Hospitality Assistant is a vital link with our customers, and therefore, your role as Centre Hospitality Assistant is important to the successful running of our Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engaging, reliable, passionate, and hardworking Centre Hospitality Assistant to work within our Centre. Reports to: Hospitality Supervisor
The Centre Hospitality Assistant will maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the centre, offering excellent hospitality and customer service. They will assist in the preparation and serving of food and refreshments, as well as carrying out any other tasks required so the centre can deliver a high-quality service to customers.

Grafham Water Centre is a popular Outdoor Learning Centre based on the shores of Grafham Water reservoir in Perry, Cambridgeshire. We are a lively and busy residential centre catering for a wide range of school and youth groups as well as offering courses for both adults and children. We also cater for corporate and conference bookings. At the heart of all our work is our vision to change young people’s lives.
